Managing career, home, and life roles

“If only life responsibilities came in neatly packaged categories that I can open and close at my will!”

If you have fantasized about this magical power to organize your life as a partner, parent (and I mean those four legged and winged babies too), sibling, community member, and a professional, I am with you.

Although we learn things like calculus, grammar, and how to change a tyre, real life skills and mental health questions like

  • How do I learn to prioritize what is important?
  • How do I support my family and still have a successful career?
  • How do I respond to those who shame and guilt for my career choices (e.g., choosing to work post partum, choosing to stay at home)?
  • What do I do when my family and I disagree on politics and issues of social justice, and it begins to impact my mental health?

often go unanswered and perhaps even unexamined.

However, at Soulfulness, questions like these lie at the heart of therapy. Here, I teach you the skills to find your own unique answers to each one of these questions.
